Falcon Screen Dump

Once started, the usual screen dump (Alt+Help) is redirected to disk (it is completely new). The used resolution is not important. The format is an unpacked screen format. In case of 4-256 colors a Magic (FPAL) with a color table is attached to it (XBIOS 93/94).
