The utility is meant to help you catalog DEGAS or NEOCHROME pictures. Only .PI1 and .NEO formats are supported. By selecting one picture after another up to 4x4 pictures per screen, you can create visual catalogs of your pix. The viewer portion of the utility loads palette information and as your mouse passes over each picture, the correct colors are displayed. This allows you to catalog pictures that together use all 512 of the ST's colors.
