The HUKF program simulates an isolated predator-prey system. The screen shows a planet completely covered by water, inhabited by sharks and small fish. The small fish always have enough plankton to eat. They swim around and reproduce. The sharks feed on small fish. They also swim around and reproduce. In doing so, they become hungry and die if they do not find a small fish in time.
