FastMail is a small program that allows you to write a mail in CAT "in between" without having to start CAT yourself. This has the advantage that it is much faster to start and the starting of CAT is always a question of the available system memory. FastMail can also be used as a mail program in CAB, in case you don't have a mail account. With FastMail you can write mails without closing your running application.
