Read Only Control Panel

Read Only Control Panel is an all assembly desk accessory that reads a portion of the DESKTOP.INF. It does not read in anything but your own default parameters previously stored within your desktop setup. It sets the RS232, Printer, Color Selections, Key-click, Bell, Double click speed, and Blitter.
