The emulator works by applying 68000 instructions that match closest to the 6502 ones. The flags are stored in a data register that is updated by indexing the value from a look up table. The A,X,Y registers are implemented in data registers and the PC,SP are implemented in the address registers.

Originally a commercial release, now re-released as Shareware. It runs in all 3 resolutions and loads and saves in Degas format. Features include object create, pie/bar chart create, text import plus all the usual drawing and painting tools. It also has a very unusual RGB colour edit operation. Online help is available to guide you through the program's features. IMG files can be loaded if running in high res. It will also attempt to load any picture file it's not sure of (very hit and miss).

This program can be used to effectively editor all the available parameters in the Proteus 1 and XR, store presets and master settings, and created configuration files which can be easily uploaded to the Proteus. A mini sequencer is also included in the application which can be run while parameters are being edited.
